Over time, that passion from my first wedding naturally turned into the work I do today. Now I have the privilege of documenting weddings, families, and milestones for people throughout Baltimore and beyond. Food is one of my favorite things because it naturally brings people together. It’s tied to family traditions, holidays, comfort, and everyday moments around the table. Certain meals remind me of home, specific seasons of life, or the people who have made them for me.
Even though tasting good food is arguably the best part, it’s also about the connection for me. For a lot of people including me, food represents comfort and togetherness in a really simple, tangible way.

"Shortly after having our daughter, we moved into a new home. My husband and I knew we wanted to capture this transition in our newborn photos. Lauren worked with us to beautifully capture our family in our old home as well as our new home, and in one session that worked around our newborn’s eating and sleeping schedule. With most of our life in boxes, Lauren used her creative touch to make our daughter’s nursery, our bedroom and new living room into a photography studio. Lauren returned our photos to us in a timely fashion. We will treasure these photos for years to come as they remind us of this sweet time in our lives."
