As a Baltimore family photographer, my goal is to provide a relaxed, fun, and stress-free session (complete with jokes and props to make the whole family giggle). I focus on creating images that document your family’s story naturally, so you’ll have beautiful memories to share and reflect on for generations to come.

Once your session is on my calendar, we’ll begin planning the details! You choose the type of location that fits your family (with help from me if needed).
I’ll also help you plan your outfits so you feel confident and comfortable. We’ll talk through what to wear, which colors photograph best, and how to put together looks that make your session feel effortless and stylish.

3. Ask me anything
Your session is finally here! We’re going to make you and your family feel completely at ease and have a blast while we’re at it. Family sessions are all about fun, connection, and laughter. While we’ll make sure to capture all of your must-have family photos, we’ll also take time to enjoy the moment—playing little games and sharing laughs. It’s all about creating memories and having a great time together.
4. Let's shoot!
Yay! Your session is complete! You can expect your online gallery within two weeks. After taking a moment to soak in all the from looking at your beautiful family, you’ll be able to download your photos directly from the gallery. And of course, you can always reach out if you’d like prints to display and treasure in your home.

Family sessions are designed to feel relaxed, natural, and true to your everyday connection. I focus on documenting the genuine interactions between you and your children—the laughter, the quiet moments, and the movement that makes your family unique. Sessions can take place in your home, where we capture the comfort and familiarity of your everyday environment, or outdoors, somewhere in Baltimore or beyond, where natural light and open space create a beautiful setting for playful, candid moments. Both options allow your family to simply be together while I document the story as it unfolds.
Sessions typically last about 60 minutes, giving everyone time to settle in and enjoy the experience. You can expect 60+ carefully edited images delivered in an online gallery within two weeks, along with unlimited print rights so you can download, print, and share your photos freely.

"Shortly after having our daughter, we moved into a new home. My husband and I knew we wanted to capture this transition in our newborn photos. Lauren worked with us to beautifully capture our family in our old home as well as our new home, and in one session that worked around our newborn’s eating and sleeping schedule.
