Congratulations on this exciting new chapter, you’re about to become a mom! Whether it’s your first baby or you've been there before, this season passes quickly, and it’s so important to pause and preserve these fleeting moments. When I was pregnant with my firstborn, my husband and I didn't get newborn photos taken. We so regret not getting pictures done because the days of our baby's tiny, wrinkly feet and grandpa facial expressions are long over. I don't want you to regret not having your portraits taken because all of a sudden, you blink and your babies are all grown up and you'll wish you could look at that scrunchy button-nose one more time.
As a Baltimore newborn photographer, my goal is to provide a joyful, relaxed lifestyle newborn session that captures the intimacy, connection, and everyday beauty of this stage. I want these images to serve as a lasting reminder of the very beginning of your little one’s life, to be memories you and future generations will treasure for years to come.

1. Say Hello
Once your session is on my calendar, we’ll begin planning the details! Lifestyle newborn sessions take place in your home, capturing the very first moments of your growing family. Take some time to prepare your nursery and scout the brightest, most inviting spots in your home (bedrooms and living rooms often work beautifully). These sessions focus on your natural environment, highlighting the spaces that matter most to you. You’re also welcome to choose special outfits that feel meaningful or comfortable, adding a personal touch to your photos.
2. planning your session
I’m here to guide you through every step of and make the entire process feel simple and stress-free. I encourage you to ask questions, share your thoughts, and know that I’ll always be there to support you.
You are never alone in this newborn season, and my goal is to help you feel confident, relaxed, and fully present as we capture these precious first moments together.
3. Ask me anything
Your session has finally arrived! We’ll take our time and move through it at a relaxed pace, making sure everyone feels comfortable and at ease. My goal is for you to be fully present with your little one on the way, enjoying these special moments together. While the session is filled with joy and connection, I also want it to feel calm, peaceful, and completely stress-free.
4. Let's shoot!
Yay! Your session is complete! You can expect your online gallery within two weeks. After taking a moment to soak in all the beautiful moments from your session and the amazing family you’re creating, you’ll be able to download your photos directly from the gallery. And of course, you can always reach out if you’d like prints to display and treasure in your home.
5. Your Photographs

During your newborn session, I focus on the quiet, meaningful moments that naturally unfold as your family settles in with your new baby. We’ll document the small details, gentle interactions, and natural poses that reflect this early season of life—baby on their own, with each parent, together as a family, and with siblings or even pets if they’re part of the story. Individual moments of each child are always included, along with the in-between interactions that often become the most treasured images.
Sessions typically last about 60 minutes (or longer depending on baby’s needs) to allow for a relaxed pace. You can expect 60+ carefully edited images delivered in an online gallery within two weeks, along with unlimited print rights so you can download, print, and share your photos freely.
